ECLIPSE OF LOVE

You eclipsed me like my moons,

What you have inflicted on the world

The Moon watched proudly,

A moonlit era of unspoken passion that faintly echoes into day

This time the rare eclipse lasted too long

You're over there and I'm over here

It was a scary feeling, to look up that night

As we fearfully kept our eyes to the ground

But I can still see through your lies

There’s an eclipse of our love, one that depends more on luck

Peace comes to the eclipsed hearts

That made our love becomes bold

So come change the skies with me, no more having to part.
